I am not sure where to begin, but I feel compelled to share our daughter’s story. On December 17, 2017, the week before Christmas, our phone rang at 2 am waking us from a sound sleep notifying us that our 21 year old daughter was being rushed from one hospital to another hospital for emergency reconstructive surgery to her face. It was a pit bull attack and the pit bull didn’t want to let go of our daughter’s face until someone wrenched the dog’s jaw open. Our daughter endured a 2 1/2 hour emergency plastic surgery on her face. The painful range of emotions and confusion felt by our family from the moment the phone rang telling us what happened through the subsequent months of recuperating has been agonizing.

We had never needed an attorney’s advice or to retain an attorney as a family – but this time we did. A close family friend told us Attorney Thomas Newell is the only person to call and would not let us hesitate one minute in calling him. In April 2011, our 6 year old daughter was viciously attacked by a neighbor’s pit bull.  After a few months of trying to handle things on our own, we found Attorney Newell through his blog.  We decided he was the man to handle our daughter’s case.
