On December 21, 2012, the PA Department of Agriculture informed Attorney Thomas J. Schuylkill County Dog Attack Victim Hires Attorney Newell

On December 18, 2012, a Schuylkill County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. York County Dog Bite Victim Speaks With Attorney Newell

On December 17, 2012, a York County PA dog attack victim reviewed her case with Pennsylvania dog bite lawyer, Thomas J. Harrisburg Dog Attack Victim Consults with Attorney Newell

On December 14, 2012, a Harrisburg PA dog attack victim consulted with Attorney Newell.  On Dec. 8th, she was walking her beagle mix with a leash on a sidewalk.  Another woman was walking a black lab.  The 2 dogs sniffed each other.  They then started to act aggressively and began to fight.  The lab got the beagle’s left front leg in its mouth and bit down so hard that it fractured the leg.

Dauphin County Dog Attack Victim Hired Attorney Newell

On Dec. 1, 2012, a Dauphin County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. Allentown Dog Owner Convicted of PA Dog Law Violations

On Nov. 30, 2012, an Allentown PA bulldog owner was convicted of 2 PA Dog Law violations by District Justice Michael D’Amore.  The negligent dog owner was found guilty of failing to confine the bulldog, as well as harboring a dangerous dog.  The most recent incident involved an attack on a 45 year old Allentown PA resident who was walking a friend’s Wheaton Terrier.

The defendant’s dog bit the terrier in the buttock, then grabbed the tiny dog by its neck.  As the Lehigh County dog bite victim tried to free the terrier, the bulldog bit her hands leaving 8 puncture wounds on her left hand and 3 puncture wounds on her right hand.  She further testified about the medical care she received at Sacred Heart Hospital and Coordinated Health System.  Her medical bills totaled approximately $8,000.00.  Officer Jeff Wesneski of the Allentown PA Police Department also testified about a prior attack this bulldog made on another small dog.

Schuylkill County Dog Bite Claim Referred to Attorney Newell

On Nov. 26, 2012, Thomas J. Newell, Esq. participated in a conference call with a Schuylkill County dog bite victim and a Frackville PA law office that referred the case to him.  An Ashland PA resident was walking her American Cocker Spaniel on a leash when 2 pit bulls jumped over a fence and came after her and her restrained dog.

Philly Dog Attack Case Referred to Attorney Newell
