On December 21, 2012, the PA Department of Agriculture informed Attorney Thomas J. On December 18, 2012, a Schuylkill County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. On Dec. 1, 2012, a Dauphin County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. On Nov. 30, 2012, an Allentown PA bulldog owner was convicted of 2 PA Dog Law violations by District Justice Michael D’Amore.  The negligent dog owner was found guilty of failing to confine the bulldog, as well as harboring a dangerous dog.  The most recent incident involved an attack on a 45 year old Allentown PA resident who was walking a friend’s Wheaton Terrier.
