On March 18, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Chester County Judge Agrees with Attorney Newell re: Punitive Damage Claim

PA Dog Law Convictions For Monroe County Rottweiler Owner

A Monroe County PA rottweiler owner had her appeals dismissed on 2/21/13 by the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas.  The negligent dog owner had been convicted on 10/4/12 by District Justice Brian Germano of numerous PA Dog Law charges.  The citations included failure to confine and harboring a dangerous dog.
