On August 14, 2013, a 50 year old Buckingham Township resident was attacked by a neighbor’s pit bull. The Bucks County dog attack victim was cleaning brush away from his fence when the pit bull came charging after him. The pit bull scratched both of the gentlemen’s legs and knocked him to the ground.
The PA dog bite victim fell and hit his head on the fence. He also injured his right hand and stitches from a previous incident opened up. Neither the pit bull nor a mixed breed dog and German Shepherd owned by the defendants were on a leash or restrained in any way. Attorney Thomas J. Newell suggested to the Bucks County PA resident that he contact the Bucks County Dog Warden Joseph Loughlin.
