As described in the Republican & Herald, a pit bull crashed thru a screen door and attacked a 47 year-old woman in Tower City PA. The woman was walking in an alley near Fourth Street when the pit bull burst thru the door and bit her.
The previous Schuylkill County dog bite attacks took place on June 22nd and June 23rd. On June 22, 2011, 3 children in Pottsville PA were bitten by their family pit bull. A 13 year-old girl was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital for specialized treatment. The next day an 8 year-old boy was attacked by a pit bull on East Market Street in Pottsville.
