On October 31, 2012, D.J. D’Amore of Allentown ordered a hearing for a negligent Allentown dog owner who has been charged with several PA Dog Law violations, including harboring a dangerous dog (3 P.S. 459-502). This past spring, his dog had gotten loose and attacked a woman who was walking a dog in her Allentown PA neighborhood. The Lehigh Valley dog bite victim sustained multiple wounds to her hand.
