On Oct. 7, 2011, a Plymouth Township dog owner was approved for admission into Montgomery County’s ARD program. According to thereporteronline.com, his German Shepherd had attacked 3 other innocent victims before this vicious Montco dog bite attack.
The German Shepherd was unrestrained on Oct. 5, 2009 when it mauled a 5 year old Conshohocken girl. She was medevaced to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where the Montgomery County PA dog attack victim underwent a 5 hour surgery to repair damaged vocal cords and a punctured larynx. Sentencing will take place on Oct. 25, 2011.
