On Feb. 21, 2012, Attorney Thomas J. Newell began his investigation of a Feb. 4, 2012 dog attack in Quakertown PA. The Bucks County PA dog attack victim was visiting a friend’s home on a farm outside Quakertown when 2 dogs were running loose and began to encircle her.
One of the unrestrained dogs bit her leg. Given the fact that these dogs were not confined as required by the PA Dog Law, as well as their history of prior vicious propensities, it is our hope that the negligent Bucks County dog owner will be charged with violations of the PA Dog Law.
