On March 9, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was hired by a Lehigh Valley dog attack victim. On February 20, 2013, a woman was about to enter her workplace when the next door neighbor’s 2 black labs began to pursue her. The male Labrador Retriever ran across the front of the employer’s property and bit the innocent victim as she tried to reach the safety of her vehicle.
The Lehigh Valley dog bite victim sustained a deep wound to her left calf. She received medical care that day which included a tetanus shot. The dog bite wound appears to be infected and she has begun taking antibiotics. Attorney Newell requested that his client provide a full detailed report to the Northampton County Dog Warden – Kathy Andrews. Hopefully, PA Dog Law charges will be filed.
