On June 11, 2010, a 15 year old Allentown bicycle rider was killed after being struck by a pick-up truck in Greenwich Township, Berks County PA. According to the Morning Call, Pennsylvania State Police investigators concluded that the bicycle crossed into the path of the pick-up truck. The Allentown bicycle accident victim was thrown from the bike and sustained traumatic injuries. The bicyclist was declared dead at the scene of the accident by the Berks County Coroner’s Office.
