On April 7, 2015, a 19 year old bicyclist from Erie County, PA was struck by a hit & run motorist in Mill Creek Township. The bicycle accident victim was listed in serious condition at UPMC Hamot after being hit on West 30th Street. Police have identified a Dodge Ram pickup truck as being the vehicle that struck the PA bicycle accident victim.
