On Oct. 21, 2010, a Bryn Mawr driver was sentenced by a Montgomery County judge to a minimum 3 month jail time sentence after her hit and run guilty plea. On July 15, 2009 the defendant hit a 13 year old bicyclist and fled the scene. She later hid her Volvo station wagon and repeatedly lied about the cause of her car’s property damage. The PA bicycle accident victim’s mother told Philly.com that her son still has trouble with balance, as well as hearing in his right ear.
