On May 7, 2015, a Johnstown, PA bicyclist was severely injured after being attacked by an unrestrained pit bull. The vicious dog ran off its property and attacked the bike rider in the street. The bicyclist escaped only to have the pit bull return and attack him again. Unfortunately, the pit bull owner had not kept his dog up to date with its rabies vaccination.
