On March 5, 2013, a Bucks County woman contacted PA dog bite attorney, Thomas J. Newell about a pit bull attack that took place on 3/4/13 in Bensalem PA. Her 7 year old son was playing soccer in a courtyard of an apartment complex. An 11 year old boy was walking his family’s pit bull.
