An Oct. 26, 2010 Allentown PA car accident resulted in the death of a Pennsylvania resident. As described in The Morning Call, a 20 year-old driver from Allentown lost control of his car on Basin Street in Allentown. The car then slammed head-on into a van. The front seat passenger was extricated from the car and rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital on Cedar Crest Blvd. The PA auto accident victim died a short time later of multiple blunt force injuries.
