On April 19, 2011, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s office with the Allentown Police Department charged an Allentown driver with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and failure to stop and give information and/or render aid. As described in The Morning Call, police believe that the Allentown PA driver fled the scene of the fatal Sept. 12, 2010 car crash in the 600 block of N. Bradford Street.
