On May 2, 2014, a 26 year-old Allentown, PA driver plead guilty to numerous criminal charges including aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI. On 9/11/13, he drove around a car stopped for a red light in Allentown and crashed into a SUV which then struck 3 pedestrians. Five people sustained serious injuries.
