On February 21, 2014, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office charged an Allentown, PA driver with vehicular homicide and DUI. On 4/28/13, Allentown Police allege that James J. Ramirez was driving 75 mph in a 40 mph zone on South Fourth Street when he caused an accident that resulted in the death of a passenger in his car.
