On July 5, 2011, a 60 year old Berks County car accident victim died in a one-car accident on Kohler Hill Road in Windsor Township. As described in The Morning Call, the Berks County PA driver lost control of his auto on a curve and crashed into concrete steps and railing in front of a home. The driver was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the car and died of blunt force injuries to his chest.
