On July 19, 2010, a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 78 in Warren County, New Jersey claimed the life of a 37 year-old Bethlehem woman. According to the Morning Call, the Lehigh Valley car accident victim was driving her car eastbound on I-78 when a SUV lost control in the westbound lane and crashed head-on into her automobile. Police believe a rainstorm may have played a part in causing the crash. Traffic on I-78 was diverted onto Route 33 and Route 22 for over 4 hours.
