On Jan. 20, 2015, icy road conditions lead to a series of multiple car crashes on I-476 which resulted in the loss of 2 lives. Fortunately, the quick thinking of Radnor Police Officer James Gallagher allowed a mother and her infant to be safely rescued. The cop cut away the straps to the baby car seat and was able to extricate the infant and her mother.
