On Oct. 6, 2010, a collision between a car and a LANTA bus resulted in the death of the automobile driver. As noted in The Morning Call, the Northampton County crash took place on Tatamy Road. The driver and an infant were apparently not wearing seatbelts at the time of the Lehigh Valley crash. The Northampton County Coroner declared the driver dead at the scene. The baby and another adult were taken to an area hospital, as was the bus driver.
