On April 19, 2011, a 75 year-old driver crashed into a Northampton County Wegmans grocery store. According to The Morning Call, the elderly driver was pulling into the parking lot when he erroneously hit the gas pedal instead of the break pedal. Five workers sustained minor injuries as the motor vehicle smashed a large multi-pane window.
