On 3/31/15, a multi-vehicle crash on I-78 in Greenwich Township, Berks County claimed the life of a FedEx truck driver. According to nbcphiladelphia.com, a car became disabled and partially blocked a westbound Interstate 78 lane of traffic. One tractor-trailer stopped to avoid crashing into the car and it was then rear-ended by the FedEx truck.
