On Sept. 26, 2013, a fatal car crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County claimed the life of a truck driver. As reported on Philadelphia.cbslocal.com, a car and tractor-trailer collided while traveling westbound near mile marker #358. The truck driver was ejected from his rig and pronounced dead at the scene of the fatal accident.
