On July 30, 2013, a 47 year old driver from East Stroudsburg PA died in a one-car crash in Monroe County. According to The Morning Call, the victim was driving a Lincoln Town car when he went off the road in Smithfield Township and struck multiple trees. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating this fatal accident.
