On March 23, 2014, a Lancaster County PA driver was arrested for a potential DUI violation. According to Allentown’s Morning Call newspaper, the 22 year old driver was eastbound on Interstate 78 in Lehigh County when she was allegedly struck by a SUV. The defendant claimed that the SUV driver fled the scene of the I-78 car crash.
