On Aug. 13, 2011, a 1 car crash on Interstate 80 in Monroe County resulted in the 3 occupants sustaining moderate injuries. According to The Morning Call, a 23 year old driver from East Stroudsburg lost control of her automobile while driving eastbound on I-80 in Tunkhanock Township. The car veered off the highway and slammed into a tree.
