On Dec. 27, 2013, a car accident on an entrance ramp for Interstate 80 in Monroe County, PA resulted in numerous injuries to passengers in both cars. According to the Allentown Morning Call, a car driven by a 17 year old boy rear-ended a car with 4 occupants from Gilbert, PA. One of the passengers, a 13 year old girl was admitted into Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA with major injuries.
