An Aug. 27 2010 Interstate 80 car accident involving a car and 2 tractor-trailers shut down the I-80 eastbound lanes in Pocono Township. According to The Pocono Record, a tractor-trailer driver was speeding in a construction zone on I-80. He rear-ended another truck and forced it into the rear of a car driven by an East Bangor PA resident. Both tractor-trailers were towed from the scene of the I-80 accident in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
