On Sept. 9, 2011, a Lehigh County Judge sentenced a Lower Macungie Township driver to 9 to 23 months in Lehigh County Prison. According to The Morning Call, the reckless driver was speeding thru the Lehigh Valley Mall’s parking lot when he collided with an automobile, killing a 61 year-old woman. Since that accident, he was involved in another crash while speeding.
