Jail Time for Supplier of Alcohol After Fatal Lehigh Valley Crash

On Nov. 14, 2013, a Freemansburg man was sentenced to 11-24 months in jail at a sentencing hearing held in Easton, PA.  According to The Morning Call, the 22 year-old man supplied alcohol to a 19 year-old driver who was killed in a one car accident on 12/4/12 on Route 512.  Her blood alcohol level was 2 1/2 times the legal limit in Pennsylvania.
