On July 19, 2013, Attorney Thomas J. Newell was contacted by a Lehigh County homeowner whose home was damaged by a driver charged with driving while intoxicated. The defendant was making a left turn and somehow crashed into the residence in Breinigsville PA. Fortunately, none of the 3 occupants were physically injured.
