On 4/23/14, a 28 year old driver from East Stroudsburg, PA plead guilty to 2 counts of homicide by vehicle after a 9/10/12 fatal car crash. The driver took her eyes off the road to look for a cellphone. Somehow, her SUV careened off Race Street, crashed thru a telephone pole and struck several people waiting at a LANTA bus stop.
