On Aug. 6, 2013, a 26 year old resident of Pen Argyl died in a car accident on Route 191. According to The Morning Call, the Lehigh Valley fatal auto crash victim was driving north on Route 191 in Plainfield Township when he collided with a car being driven by a 49 year old man from Royersford, Montgomery County PA. The Northampton County Coroner’s Office declared him dead at the scene of the Rt. 191 accident.
