On January 18, 2013, a one car crash just outside of Quakertown resulted in one of the occupants being flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. According to The Morning Call, the accident took place at around 11:20 p.m. at the intersection of Upper Ridge and Nursery Roads.
