A Feb. 11, 2011 one-car crash shut down both lanes of Rt. 33 in Monroe County Pennsylvania. According to The Pocono Record, a woman lost control of her BMW in the southbound lanes of Route 33 in Hamilton Twp. near Saylorsburg. Her car slammed into the right guardrail, bounced back thru the 2 southbound lanes and then veered across the 2 northbound lanes of Rt. 33 before the car flipped over. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the automobile.
