On November 14, 2010, a multi-vehicle accident on Rt. 422 in Lower Pottsgrove Township took the life of a Berks County driver. As described on wfmz.com, a Pottstown woman was driving eastbound on Route 422 when she lost control and drove thru the median. Her Chevrolet struck a westbound car killing the Douglassville PA driver. The Pottstown driver was admitted to Reading Hospital. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the fatal crash.
