On June 15, 2011, 8 teenagers from Monroe County PA were injured in a 2 car crash in Lehman Township. According to The Pocono Record, a Mazda driven by an East Stroudsburg High School North student tried to illegally pass another car when it struck that vehicle. The Mazda flipped over and landed on its roof. All 8 occupants were high school students and taken by ambulance to Pocono Medical Center in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
