On June 25, 2012, a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper was charged with homicide by vehicle by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the officer was allegedly drunk when he rear-ended another car on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Plymouth Meeting. The driver of that car was pronounced dead at the scene of the fatal PA car wreck.
