On Jan. 20, 2011, a tractor-trailer driver pled guilty of involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving charges after a Nov. 2008 fatal crash on Rt. 22 in Lehigh County PA. According to The Morning Call, the truck driver failed to measure the height of his load. When he drove toward the Fullerton Avenue overpass, the top of the container struck the bridge and fell onto Route 22 blocking an eastbound lane. A Lehigh Valley woman was driving behind the tractor-trailer and crashed into the container.
