On Oct. 18, 2012, a Carbon County rottweiler attack victim spoke with Thomas J. Newell, Esquire regarding a recent dog attack. A rottweiler, without any provocation, bit her left hand causing significant injuries. She was treated at Geisinger Medical Center with a tetanus shot and antibiotics.
Since the PA dog bite victim continues to have problems with numbness in her hand, appointments have been scheduled with various specialists. Carbon County Dog Warden, George Nixon, is investigating the attack. Hopefully, the rottweiler owner will be charged with numerous PA Dog Law violations.
