Dauphin County Dog Attack Victim Hired Attorney Newell

Posted on: December 13th, 2012       Attorney Thomas Newell

On Dec. 1, 2012, a Dauphin County dog bite victim hired Thomas J. Newell, Esquire to represent her after she had been victimized by a negligent Dauphin County dog owner.  Ten days earlier, she had been making a delivery at a home for Federal Express.  The homeowner owned 3 boxers and none of them were restrained on that fateful day.

BOXERS - 3 DOGSAs she was walking up the driveway, the 3 boxers ran to her with one tearing the package away from her.  The PA dog attack victim saw the vicious dogs fight over the package and tried to silently escape.  Unfortunately, she was attacked by 2 or 3 of the boxers before she could safely reach her truck.  The Dauphin County resident was bitten multiple times throughout her body, including her buttocks, left calf and left thigh.

The defendant’s boxers had previously ripped a package out of another Fed Ex employee’s hands.  It is hoped that Dauphin County Dog Warden, Mike Ziegler, will charge the defendant with multiple PA Dog Law violations, including failure to confine.  Attorney Thomas J. Newell has represented PA dog bite victims in 15 different counties.  Telephone 800-980-4842 for a free home visit.  Please review his website to read about his 31 years of personal injury experience:  www.PADogAttackLawyer.com.
