On Oct. 4, 2011, 2 pit bulls were roaming loose in their Carlisle PA neighborhood when they attacked a cat. The cat was euthanized due to its injuries. The pit bull owner was charged with failing to have his dogs licensed and properly vaccinated for rabies.
