The Upper Milford Twp. resident had been found guilty of animal cruelty charges after allegations surfaced over the operation of his dog kennel business. The article claims that he had received massive fines due to his housing of dogs after his kennel operating license was suspended. The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office is prosecuting the case.
