Gettysburg Dog Owner Arrested For Public Drunkeness

On Feb. 8, 2012, a Gettysburg PA dog owner was cited for public drunkeness after he allegedly stumbled into the path of oncoming traffic at 2:00 a.m. while walking his dog.  According to, the 32 year-old Adams County resident was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police after oncoming vehicles had to come to a complete stop to avoid striking the dog and its owner.
