Allegedly a 10 year-old boy was seriously injured as a result of being attacked by the defendant’s labrador retriever. A Patton Township police officer cited him for harboring a dangerous dog, failure to confine the dog, failure to have a current dog license and a lack of the necessary vaccinations.
