EASTON DOG BITE SETTLEMENTS

Northampton County PA

An Easton area dog bite victim had her personal injury claim successfully settled by Attorney Newell. She lived in a townhouse community just outside of Easton and decided to take her Siberian Husky outside. The Northampton County resident put her dog on a lead. Soon thereafter, the defendant’s pit bull and German Shepherd came onto her property and mauled her husky.

The Lehigh Valley resident tried to pull the attacking dogs off her Siberian husky. When she did so, the vicious dogs turned on her. She sustained a fractured finger and dog bite lacerations which required stitches to close. The doctors at Lehigh Valley Hospital placed her hand in a splint, used antibiotics to treat the dog bite wounds and administered a tetanus shot.

The Easton area dog attack victim received mental health counseling for many months after the dog mauling. She had multiple flashbacks and did not feel safe even in her own backyard. The victim and her husband put up additional fencing on their property to give themselves more security. The Easton dog bite lawyer obtained documents from the homeowners association proving past PA Dog Law violations regarding these vicious dogs. Those documents helped him secure a just settlement.

Easton PA Client Reviews

Attorney Newell represented me after me and my dog were attacked on our own property. What a traumatic experience for anyone to have to go through. But on top of it, to worry about how will I be compensated for my losses.

Attorney Newell was very knowledgeable and persistent with my case, and took that worry from me. He made all the phone calls, letters and obtained all the necessary documents needed to bring justice and compensation to my case, while keeping me posted of the progress. I would recommend Attorney Newell to anyone who is looking for the best possible service and outcome for the case.
