Posted on: April 11th, 2012       Attorney Thomas Newell

On April 10, 2012, Attorney Thomas J. Newell spoke with the husband of an Easton PA dog bite victim. The woman and her infant daughter were walking down the street when a neighbor’s Golden Retriever came out of its owner’s garage and began to attack them.

The Lehigh Valley dog attack victim instinctively put up her arm to fend off the aggressive dog. She was treated at a Lehigh Valley area hospital and released. Forks Township Police are considering filing charges against the dog owner for violating the PA Dog Law, including failure to confine.
