On Oct. 26, 2011, a PA pit bull attack victim had her ear bitten off by a pit bull mix in Philadelphia. According to various media reports, a 19 year-old woman suffered a seizure in her family’s home in the 5200 block of Arlington Street in Philly.
The family’s 6 month old pit bull mix immediately attacked her, severing her right ear. The Pennsylvania pit bull attack victim was rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. A Philadelphia police officer investigating this vicious dog attack found the missing portion of her ear and rushed it to HUP. The pit bull mix has been quarantined at the Pennsylvania SPCA.
